1. School will function from Monday to Saturday every week. Second Saturday and Sunday will be holidays.
2. Special holidays: Holidays declared by Government/ District collector due to Hartal , death of eminent personalities etc. will be observed as holidays.
3. Head of the Institution has the authority to declare holidays.
4. School working time : 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
5. Students should reach 10 minutes before the scheduled start.
6. There will be school assembly from 9.30 to 9.45 a.m. every day.
7. If a Student comes late regularly, in spite of warning, he will not allowed to attend the classes on that particular day. Head of the Institution has the authority to take decision in this regard.
8. Every Student should come to School in full uniform.
9. Students are responsible for safe custody of their books and belongings.
10. Please ensure that children do not wear gold ornaments while coming to school. Girls can wear small earrings.
11. Students may bring only light food, water and hand towel to the school. The food must be properly packed and the water must be carried in an unbreakable container.
12. Any damage done to school property or to that of other students will have to be made good by who is accountable(caution deposit) for the damage.
13. Students are not allowed to go home unaccompanied after classes.
14. Students should be picked up by the parents from the school within the 30 minutes of the closing time. Parents may authorize any other person to pickup the child, but such person has to be identified to the class teacher/ Head of the institution by sending a letter signed by the parents.
15. Students have to wait inside the school campus for their parents or for the drivers of the vehicle.
16. Students should give due respect to the teachers and non-teaching staff.
17. Students should only speak English inside the campus. They are allowed to talk in other languages only in the respective language classes.
18. Students should refrain from using profane and vulgar language.
19. Students should bring the school diary, note books, work books etc every day.The school diary should not be used as note book.
20. Parents should go through the school diary, note books, work books etc and put his/her signature if necessary.
21. A student should have an attendance of 85 per cent of the school working days. If the student has less than the required attendance, the Head of the Institution has the authority to retain the student in the same class for another year.
22. Parents are requested to fill in the record of absence in the school diary, if the ward is absent the very next day. Separate leave application must be given to the class teacher if the absence is for a week or longer.
23. Students are not permitted to leave the school during school hours under any circumstances. But in case of any emergency, a permission letter has to handed over the office.
24. Students who have suffered from any infectious diseases will allowed to attend the classes on producing a medical certificate stating otherwise.
25. The parent should collect the report card of their ward at the end of each term on the specific days announced by the Head of the Institution.
26. Parents can call teachers on Wednesdays between 2.00 and 2.30 p.m. In case of any emergency they can also meet the teachers on other working days by taking prior permission from the concerned teachers / Head of the Institution. Parents are not allowed to go directly to the class without reporting to the office.
27. Parents should come to the school, when requested to discuss the matters of their ward.
28. Special Festival Celebrations. Onam , Id and Christmas will be celebrated at school every year. Students are requested to participate the same. If unable to attend , they must inform the class teacher at the earliest.
29. Independence Day will be celebrated at the school. Students must attend it without fail.
30. Annual Day will be celebrated during the third term. The selection of students who are participating the program will be at the discretion of class teacher and the Head of the Institution.
31. Incase of any complaints, inform the Head of the Institution or the Administrator.
32. School fees
a) Admission, Tuition and special fees are subject to change.
b) Payment of fees: Annual fee should be paid in three installments .
c) If a student fails to pay fees on time, a late fine of Rs. 100 will be collected after the due date.
33. Parent Teachers Association(PTA) will be organized for the smooth running of the school . But PTA will not have any authority in the policy matters of the school and its rules and regulations. Also any, decision taken by PTA is not on the School Management Committee.
34. Open PTA meetings will be held during the academic year to provide an opportunity for parents to meet and interact with teachers.
35. School bus will pick the students only if there are a group of more than five from a particular place. The management has the right to choose the routes
